Privacy Policy — Pro Driver Manager

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Pro Driver Manager (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a single-player racing-management game published by BenjaTech. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. We keep it short because the app is deliberately simple: there is no account, no login, and no server of ours that stores your data.

The short version

What we collect ourselves

No account, and no gameplay data on our servers. We do not operate an account system. Your game saves, settings and progress are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device; deleting the app removes them.

The one exception is anonymous diagnostics and usage counts (see Crash reporting & analytics below), which carry a random identifier that is not tied to your name, email, or device identifiers.

Data handled by third-party services

Advertising — Google AdMob

The app uses Google AdMob to display rewarded and interstitial ads. To serve ads, Google may collect and process data such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android), IP address, coarse location derived from the IP, device and app information, and ad-interaction events.

Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own policies: how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Consent — Apple ATT & Google UMP

Before ads initialize, the app runs Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt (iOS) and Google's User Messaging Platform consent flow (where applicable). Your choice is remembered by the operating system / SDK; we don't store it ourselves.

In-app purchases — App Store & Google Play

Optional purchases (in-game currency and boosts) are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled by the store — we never receive or store your card details or billing information. The store shares with us only what's needed to deliver and validate a purchase.

Crash reporting & analytics — Sentry

To keep the game stable and understand which features are used, the app uses Sentry to record crash diagnostics and a small set of anonymous usage events (for example: a race was finished, a store screen was opened, a rewarded ad was watched). These carry a random identifier created on your device — never your name, email, or advertising identifier — so we can count distinct players without identifying you. Sentry's processing is governed by its privacy policy.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because ads are served, we recommend the app for teen and older audiences, consistent with its store age rating.
